The client's vision was to extend up, building a second story, making the most of the stunning Mannering Park water views. The second story extension included a spacious new master bedroom, with a balcony facing the water. On the exterior, the client wanted a classic and modern look which complemented the existing single story brick home. We worked closely with the client from having the initial plans drawn up, to the final product, ensuring the end result was customised, quality and the result they had envisioned!
